Korea: Year One

It's hard to believe, but I've been living in Korea for one year. What an adventure it's been here!

I left Chicago feeling nervous, not knowing what the Far East had in store for me. After living here for this long, I'm getting nervous about heading home to visit, not knowing what's in store for me when I return. With the world's economic woes, I wonder how different it will be.

I'm glad my sweetheart and I are returning to Korea for another year. There's just too much to see and do. Everything's always changing here -- getting bigger, better, newer.

This country has won me over. Here's to you, Korea!

I'll be in the Chicagoland area from May 16 until June 13.
